Privacy Policy
Effective August 11, 2026
Table ATC is a reservation and waitlist platform operated by Splango 360, Inc ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers restaurant account holders and the guests who book through Table ATC.
1. Information we collect
- Restaurant account information: your name, email address, restaurant name and contact details, and settings you configure. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store full card numbers.
- Guest booking information: when a guest books a table, joins a waitlist, or is added by restaurant staff, we process the guest's name, mobile phone number, party size, reservation date and time, and any notes the restaurant records. We process this on behalf of the restaurant.
- Messaging records: the content, destination, and delivery status of texts sent through the platform (verification codes, table-ready alerts, reservation notices).
- Usage data: standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use information
- To operate the Service: managing reservations and waitlists, sending booking-related text messages, and billing subscriptions and SMS credits.
- To secure the Service: verifying guest phone numbers, preventing abuse, and maintaining audit records of privileged administrative actions.
- To support and improve the Service and communicate with account holders about their account.
- Restaurant marketing email, only if you ask for it: when booking online, guests may tick a separate, optional box to receive news and offers by email from that restaurant. It is never required to book, it applies to email only — never to text messages — and the restaurant must honor unsubscribe requests. Leaving the box unticked has no effect on your reservation.
3. Text messaging
Guests receive booking-related SMS from Table ATC on behalf of the restaurant they are visiting. Consent is collected when a guest provides their mobile number to book, join a waitlist, or verify a reservation. Message frequency varies with booking activity, and message and data rates may apply. Guests can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP or emailing hello@tableatc.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
4. How we share information
- Service providers: we use vendors to run the platform — hosting (DigitalOcean), payments (Stripe), and SMS delivery (Twilio). They process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
- The restaurant you book with: guest booking details are visible to the restaurant that the reservation or waitlist entry belongs to.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Table ATC, our users, or others.
- We do not sell personal information.
5. Data retention
Reservation and waitlist records are retained as part of the restaurant's booking history (completed and removed entries move to History rather than being deleted). Restaurants can request deletion of guest records, and we retain account data for as long as the account is active plus any period required for legal or billing purposes.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), passwords are stored hashed, payment credentials live with Stripe, and administrative access to restaurant accounts is logged in an immutable audit trail. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information entrusted to us.
7. Your choices
- Guests may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and may ask the restaurant or us to correct or delete their booking information.
- Guests who opted in to a restaurant's marketing email can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails, or by asking the restaurant or us to remove them.
- Account holders can access and update their account information in Settings, and can contact us to close their account.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this address and update the effective date; material changes will be communicated to account holders.
