Website bookings and reservations your staff take over the phone sit side by side — searchable by name or phone, with tables, notes, and guest contact a tap away. Staff-added bookings can take an email address, so phone guests get the same confirmation and reminders as online ones.
History keeps every seated and removed guest — nothing is ever deleted. Settings can be locked behind a four-digit PIN so your host runs the floor all night while your hours, billing, and QR code stay out of reach. Dark mode ships built in, and the Help tab puts the entire knowledge base one tap away without leaving the floor.
Anything with a web browser. Most restaurants keep an iPad or Android tablet at the host stand, but a laptop or phone works too. There is no hardware to buy.
The kiosk uses one account per restaurant that the tablet stays signed in to. The Settings PIN keeps day-to-day staff out of your hours and billing.
Correct — removing a guest is a retained status, not a deletion. Your history is generated from everyone who was seated or removed.
